ArtRole CE, Adalet R. Garmiany is co-ordinating the Morgenland Festival Osnabrück – an International musical festival – in Iraqi Kurdistan for the first time. The festival is defined by the idea of appreciation of the cultural impulses from the Occident and Orient.
